Since I decided to start working on my business plan a bit more serious then ever before I attended Barbarella`s raw vegan workshop. What to say, I need some experience in raw and vegan food too.

If you wish to enrich your diet with highly vibrant plant based foods, this is an ideal workshop to show you how to do that and subsequently maintain a healthy body, loose weight and feel lighter, more energetic and fulfilled while enjoying delicious and healthy meals. The workshop covers basic information about raw, living foods, techniques in preparing fresh, raw and vegan food, usage and selection of kitchen equipment that maintain nutritional value of food (blenders, dehydrators etc), how and where to buy fresh, organic and seasonal foods, preparation of smoothies, juices and 100% plant based milks, how to prepare and garnish salads ( simple dressings), how to prepare complex dishes such as spaghetti, sushi, sauces, ice cream, fruit cakes, cookies, how to prepare healthy desserts and ice cream without milk, lactose, eggs, flour and sugar.
The course (workshop) was organized in December, in her lovely studio in Ljubljana. She used mainly seasonal ingredients and I felt a bit of pre-Christmas spirit too. We made:
chai latte / homemade almond milk
parsnip soup with gluten free mustard croutons
raw cheese platter with fig chutney and raw dehydrated crackers / macadamia nut cheese, almond crackers
Waldorf`s salad with vegan mayo dressing
gluten free vegan spinach tart/quiche
cappuccino mousse
